Reason For Call

Lithia Ford dealership was the victim of a leaky pipe in their bathroom. The leak went into the wall and the floor spreading into the sales associate area. Two office cubicles were affected as well as the bathroom and hallway.

Scope Of Work

Due to the complicated nature of leaks we used a combination of thermal imaging and invasive selective deconstruction to determine the cause of the leak. After initial inspection and identifying the leak we procedeed to make additional cuts and selective alterations to the sturcture to gain access to moisture cavities and expose materials we can dry. After the drying process was complete our skilled reconstruction crew relayed flooring and replaced drywall to bring the property back to pre-loss conditions.
