Reason For Call

A basement drain backflow occurred, affecting a finished area of the basement, resulting in the saturation of office carpet and vinyl flooring. This backflow was attributed to excessive rain in the Idaho Falls region. The customer specifically requested that we only extract the standing water without conducting an invasive analysis or restoration on the project. It's worth noting that in such cases where clients opt against expert recommendations, it can constrain our ability to effectively mitigate and prevent further damage.

Scope Of Work

We employed specialized extraction tools to effectively remove moisture from the carpets and initiated the drying process by strategically placing fans. Our focus was primarily on extracting water from the carpets and addressing visible standing water on the concrete surfaces.
