Reason For Call

The staff at Hope Lutheran Church School identified a situation where the bathroom and carpeting in their pre-school area had become saturated due to water leakage stemming from the restroom. The root cause of this issue was determined to be a toilet overflow.

Scope Of Work

This relatively minor leak proved manageable for our team. Our initial steps involved extracting the water and executing precise cuts along the bathroom baseboard. Subsequently, upon exposing the susceptible materials, we implemented a dehumidifier to effectively reduce ambient moisture levels. Additionally, we introduced several fans and an air filtration system to proactively prevent any potential mold growth.
